Selling an inherited home usually arrives at the worst possible time. You've lost someone, and now you're responsible for their house: the contents, the upkeep, the paperwork, and often a sibling or two with opinions.
Whether the home is going through probate or is held in a trust, the sale has more steps than a typical one. There may be court timelines, a trustee's or executor's authority to confirm, and an attorney setting the order of things. None of that is your fault, and none of it should fall on you alone.

How I help with probate and trust sales

On an estate or trust sale, I work alongside your attorney. They handle the legal steps. I handle the house and the sale, and make sure the two stay in step.
That usually means clearing and preparing a home that's been lived in for decades. I'll help you decide what's worth fixing, which is usually very little, and I can connect you with people for cleaning, clear-outs and repairs.
Your home is marketed through the brokerage built for it, with that brokerage's targeted ads and my own ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. And every family member who needs to be in the loop gets updates.
