What this site collects
When you fill out a form on this site, it collects what you type into it: your first and last name, your email, your phone number if you give it, your message if you write one, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.
If you give a phone number and agree to receive text messages, the site also records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
The site doesn't collect anything else about you automatically, apart from the standard technical logs every website server keeps.
Who receives it
Your form goes to Follow Up Boss, the system I use to keep track of my clients and follow up with them.
This website is hosted by Vercel, which runs the site and processes each form as it's sent.
Both handle your information on my behalf, as service providers. I don't sell your information to anyone.
How it's used
I use your information to answer your question and to follow up with you about buying or selling a home.
I also send newsletters and market updates by email. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time.
Calls and text messages
I only text a phone number when its owner has agreed to receive texts. If you agreed and change your mind, reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from me varies.
Your choices
I keep your information until you ask me to remove it. You can ask me at any time what I have on file for you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email or call me, using the details below, and I'll take care of it.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.
