Selling a house during a divorce is two hard things at once. The home is often the biggest thing you own together, and it may be the last thing you have to decide together.
In that situation, the most useful thing an agent can be is neutral. Not on your side, not on theirs. On the side of a fair, clean sale that gets both of you to the next chapter.
I'm transparent, almost to a fault, and that matters here more than anywhere. Both of you hear the same number, the same reasoning and the same updates, at the same time.

How I handle a divorce sale
I'm Brenda Maggy, Principal Broker of Beach-Homes Realty and Lake Homes Realty in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. On a divorce sale, I work with both owners and, where there are attorneys or a mediator, with them too, so the sale follows whatever the two of you have agreed.
Communication is the whole job. If you'd rather not be in the same room, you don't have to be. I'll talk with each of you separately and put key decisions in writing to both of you.
The home itself gets the same marketing as any of my listings: the brokerage built for it, that brokerage's targeted ads, and my own ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. And disclosures are done properly, because a clean sale is the fastest way through.
