Kim Macaulay

Kim Macaulay is a REALTOR® with Lake Homes Realty and the Brenda Maggy Group's go-to agent for Lake Winnipesaukee and the Lakes Region, on the water and off it.

Kim's connection to the lake goes back to weekends at her grandparents' camp in Smith's Cove in Gilford, kayaking, swimming and boating. She has lived and boated on Winnipesaukee for two decades. Today she lives year-round in Alton Bay and enjoys all four seasons, from summers on the water to winters on the nearby ski slopes.

Her family, including her husband, her daughter Megan and two granddaughters, shares her love of the lake. For Kim, the Lakes Region isn't a destination. It's a way of life, and she'll help you find the part of it that fits yours.
