I got my real estate license in 2013, at 50, after 18 years out of the workforce. Since then I've sold 200+ homes. Today I'm Principal Broker of Beach-Homes Realty and Lake Homes Realty in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and I lead the Brenda Maggy Group.
I've lived on the Seacoast for 35 years. I'm licensed in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts, I hold the RENE, CREN, SRS and ABR designations, and I co-authored The Seller Strategy with Krista Mashore.
