Relocating to the Seacoast means choosing a town first
Relocating to the NH Seacoast or the Lakes Region from out of state usually starts online and ends in confusion. "We drove up on a Saturday and looked at four towns. They all blurred together." That's the most common thing I hear from people moving here.
From a distance, the towns look alike. Up close, they're not. The commute, the taxes, the housing, how busy it gets in summer and how quiet it gets in winter all change from one town line to the next. Picking the right town first saves you from the wrong house later.
How I help you relocate
I've lived on the Seacoast for 35 years, and I'm Principal Broker of Beach-Homes Realty and Lake Homes Realty in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Many of the buyers I work with are moving up from Massachusetts or in from farther away, so we're used to doing a lot of the early work remotely.
We start with how you'll live: where you'll work or commute to, what you want nearby, and what you'd give up to get it. Then I narrow the towns to the ones that fit, before you spend a weekend driving.
